  • I had to have my thyroid removed 10 yrs ago and weight piled on. This is the first program that has worked for me and I don't feel like I'm dieting. I don't exercise but do count steps and in 14 weeks lost 25.6 lbs...add me to your friends and I'll support anyway I can
  • Add me...I don't exercise at all I do count steps and I stick to my calories. Started March 1st at 237 and today I am 211.4...so you can do this....
  • Is there a reason most people don't make their diary open to friends on here? I'm just curious because I like seeing what others are eating and gain ideas.
  • I want to lose 75 lbs I started March 1st and have lost 23 lbs so far. I don't have a thyroid so this is a little struggle for me. I have adapted to the decrease in calories and even the substitutions on food. I am very faithful at logging everything. Add me we call all support each other
