^side note i'm 205 lbs 6'0 and at 7% BF and have been an athlete my entire life. I hope that doesn't sound like i'm bragging, I just wanted to let you know you can even vigorously exercise on a low carb diet. I'll post an update in 2 weeks if anyone is wondering how it affects me. Switching from carbs to fat also increases…

I'll be honest, I haven't read through all these posts so im sorry if i repeat something. Reducing carbs puts you into a state of Ketosyis, where you body burns fat instead of carbs as a source of fuel. I've actually just started my Keto diet today where I'm limiting myself to 100g of carbs a day for this week and then…

Congrats on the 90 lbs that's absolutely awesome! I can't say i'm in that situation but it could be water weight. You don't mention your goal weight but as long as you're living a healthier lifestyle you'll get there, 90 lbs is something to be extremely proud of. Goodjob!

Also if you want to lose as much as you can by doing less, it is miniscual but it's still a little, drink either hot or cold beverages. Your body will have to either heat the liquid or cool it to 96.2F to make any use of it. "So in the case of a 16-ounce glass of ice water, your body must raise the temperature of 473.18…

Something that you can also do to help you lose weight without even doing anything is replacing ALL and I mean ALL your fluid intake with water/milk/tea&coffee. Eat your calories don't drink them!

Swimming is probably the easiest way to get an all round body exercise and absolutely blast off those unwanted pounds! Consistency is key to any weight loss program, don't make sudden changes, gradually get into the swing of things. YOU can do it!

Hey Dona, I've never had to lose that amount of weight but I have been in the competitive side of swimming my whole life. After I gave it up I put on a lot of weight pretty quickly with my appetite staying the same but my calorie intake far exceeding my needs. After getting back into the pool I started to lose weight…

I wake at 5am and try to be in bed around 9:30. I agree with Lizzy, over active mind and stress has kept me awake far more than I'd like. There some good meditation videos on Youtube that you can listen to, they're about 10 minutes long and you just listen to the person talking and do as they say and you'll be relaxed in…

I cant remember the last time my body felt "not sore". Waking up at 5am blows. Being healthy is hardwork. Limiting alcohol to weekends in a College town is difficult. I'm healthier looking than 80% of the people around me (mostly who don't exercise) is 100% worth it.

Serious mass worked for me

OP I hope you see this post! The easiest way to lose a ton of weight is by getting in the pool! I've been a competitive swimmer for around 16 years and its by far the most "cutting" exercise. I know i'm at the extreme end of the spectrum but to give you an idea of the potential weight loss I'll throw this at you. I was a…

It varies depending on the persons body composition and current weight. Longer arms means further distance muscle are under strain, heavier weight means greater force required to move the body. Personally if I work out chest and super set push ups in I can maybe do 10-15 to fail but with a slight warm up and not focusing…
