Microbiologist/Epidemiologist here. It depends on the food, but pay attention to packaging. Any meats uncooked, no more than 3ish days, cheeses maybe a week-10days, but look at it, if the packaging inside is wet or slimy, toss it. Milk, I'd say 6 days from opening, at most. Any yogurts or sealed packages, if it's tight and…

It all comes down to calories in vs out. I like to "splurge" once a day usually, so I eat minimally for breakfast and lunch usually.

Yes please! 5'1" on a good day.. I'd love to have fellow short friends who understand. Friends keep telling me 1200 is far too low. Whatever, it's working. January (SW) 167 CW 129 Cal/day 1200

Are you following your macros? More processed food, more carbs and fat = more bioavailable calories. Meaning, if you're at your calorie goal but it's all processed carbs and fats, you're at less of a deficit than if your calories are lean proteins and vegetables.

Bit shorter, but similar goals! 5'1", 34yo. I have 2 kids, 7 and 5. Going on vacation mid August - and 10 year anniversary - and I'd love to be in that bikini! SW: 167 CW: 132 GW: 125?
