I like dry white wine....I do like to sip it.....not daily or weekly. If it was Zero calorie I'm CERTAIN I would be a Wine-O-Holic lol

I'm glad to hear you say 150 HR....I was on the elliptical and HR was up to 148 (which I'm not in shape but getting there). Someone had told me 150 was the max....lol ....so I'm not gonna die now!

You are RIGHT. I have been doing the cardio first. Do you think regarding the 8-12 reps should I be trying to lift the MOST that I can in those 8-12 reps or a more comfortable weight? I have noticed that the more "fit" individuals at the gym lift first - then run, or walk, or bike, etc. I will start doing it that way in…

Most definitely eating less calories is helping me lose weight. Absolutely for sure. However - I enjoy going to the GYM. I even kinda like the way my arms feel when I leave...some days stronger...some days Jelloish...lol

I do the same thing every day (usually take off on Sunday). I go to a PlanetFitness in a little town in Southern Oklahoma. Like I said - normally do 15-30 mins cardio. I like the bike b/c I can do it longer but I feel like the elliptical is better for me (I sweat my *kitten* off on it lol).

I'm DEFINITELY not doing the surgery now. I've been reading a lot about it and listening to folks on here. I think the surgery does have some pros but has way more cons. I've been going to the gym a min of 5 times/week for the past 3 or 4 months. My joints are feeling better, I'm getting stronger. I can ride the bike…

OK...well since I've decided to keep drinking a few diet sodas (weekly). Has anyone tried a diet A&W rootbeer....man they are really good. Maybe when I have a few extra cals I throw in some of that low cal vodka....
