Amy's TV dinners...
Has anyone ever tried the TV dinners sold in the frozen food section of your local grocery store called Amy's Organic? I just love these things - they are delicious and typically have less than 400 calories and no preservatives of any kind. And for what it's worth most of it is organic.

Does anyone have spouse or S/O that doesn't help?
I guess what I'm trying to say is (I'm so glad she's not going to see this) that seems like my S/O doesn't seem interested in trying to eat better or get any excercise which in turn makes it easier for me to slack off. And I'm not trying to pass the buck or sound selfish. Thoughts?

Creeping on friends MFP diary....
I discovered that many of my friends on MSP have a very very low calorie count kind of makes me jealous. I can eat up to 1800 calories per day but some people only 1200. That's amazing

Not to beat a dead horse - but should I get an activity tracker or not? Here's my normal gym routine: Some light stretching, hop on the stationary bike and ride for 20-30 minutes, then lift weights. OK...I enjoy a beer (or 3) or glass or wine or a mixed drink. Not daily but on the weekends. What will I get the most "bang for the buck" out of? What has the least calories? Does that make sense?

How much water should I really be drinking
I'm 5'9 282 and dropping....My job I mostly sit Trying to walk 30-60 mins a day. So how much water do you think I should try to drink?
