Daily. But consistency (same time, same clothes, same situation) is more important than frequency.4

Daily. As close to the same conditions as possible. I like to see and understand what affects fluctuations in my weight. I captured this shot a few months ago showing zero change between two weighins a month apart. But trend was obviously moving down. Monthly weigh ins would have left me fairly confused and discouraged in this case. I also don’t react to single weigh ins and rather look at the overall trends (which makes more sense to me).

Usually either daily or every couple of days, although I don't track it. Occasionally I like to weigh myself a few times a day to see how my weight changes throughout the day.1
-
Some days I don't at all, but I weigh several times per day most of the time. I find the fluctuations interesting, and learned my lowest weight is usually in the afternoon. I might be an oddball there, but I think a fair number of people don't check at various times, and might not know when they usually hit their lowest.3

Every morning and use a trending app that I can leave notes on like when I'm up 2 pounds the day after a giant bowl of pasta, and down again the next morning.2

Daily. Naked. In the morning after using the bathroom, but before eating/drinking. I use the Libra weight trending app for android.0

While cutting, I weigh myself, unclothed, every other morning after I shower, before I eat. Your weight can fluctuate a lot over the course of a day (or even several days) so in my experience it’s not a good idea to weigh yourself too often. I’ve seen people get really discouraged when they become addicted to the scale. If you strength train as part of your fitness program, I’ve found the “mirror test” to be superior to weighing yourself on a scale.1

My husband goes for every day because he finds it helpful to always know where he's at. Typically I would do once a week or so because I find my motivation take a hit if I haven't seen any progress.0

Daily morning after using the loo and wearing only my boxers.0

Every week day in whatever clothes I have chosen to wear. After using the bathroom and before any food and liquids. I track the daily weight on happy scale and log losses here.1

Only recently started. But aiming for every Saturday morning, before breakfast and at the same time. Hoping it will stop Friday night splurges and set me up for being ‘good’ over the weekend. (Trying to lose 20lbs for now) I think if I did it every day I’d get obsessed and worry when my weight was constantly changing and would affect my mood and ultimately affect my eating habits. I’m finding weekly keeps me on track1

Every morning, post wee and pre shower. Otherwise I'd get slipshod and my diet would suffer.3

Post Wee.......got a chuckle out of me lol1 -
Every Sunday morning, nude, after a potty break and before consuming anything.1

Another every morning person. Up a lb from yesterday as I went out for dinner last night But dinner was good2

Every morning at the gym in my gymwear. I used to weigh before the gym at home naked for a more accurate reading, but scale batteries died (can't be bothered to replace them) and I don't think my gym would appreciate my nakedness for accuracy haha.1

Every little helps!3 -
Once a week in the morning before eating or drinking anything.2

Once a week1

I'm random. If I know it will be bad, I won't weigh. I can usually feel whether my weight went down and then weigh then. Sometimes, it's every day and sometimes once a week. I am going to use the trending app now tho and start every day so I can see the changes.3

Really? People are naked all the time in the locker room, that's how you get from street clothes to gym clothes to swimsuit to shower back to street clothes. If someone hops on the scale, I could care less. In fact, i would be proud for their effort. But really, who's keeping track of how people are weighing?2 -
Each morning while the coffee's brewing. The scale is in the pantry which has a cold floor so I just switched to weighing with clothes rather than without. The scale is only a number, the trend is what's important. So I just "forgave myself" for the couple pounds of clothes -- like an asterisk by a stat in Cooperstown. The guy still hit a lot of home runs!1

At my gym the scale is in the main area, not the locker room3 -
The only scale I have used this week is my food scale. Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I have been weighing once a week on Sunday mornings and seeing more consistent comparative results. Little or no change due to water retention gets discouraging.0

While on my weightless journey; Initially never. Not until I could see myself getting into a normal BMI range So my forst weigh in was over 2 years into my journey. From thereon, monthly.
When I entered maintenance three months ago, I changed to weekly to get a feel for my fluctuations and once that is settled and I am comfortable in maintenance I will change back to monthly I think.
I always weighed myself on Saturday morning (was 1st Saturday of every month) after morning relief and in the birth'costume. I want to weigh me, not my clothes.1 -

Why weigh nude? Unless you live in a nudist resort, you'll have clothes on for most of the remaining time of the day. As long as you maintain a reasonable constant in your wardrobe, clothing doesn't matter -- it's there all the time. That's the weight that your body feels as normal.
Also, before/after restroom breaks, before/after eating ... same thing, as long as your weighing schedule is consistent.
That is, don't step on the scale wearing boots, jeans (with $3 in change in your pocket), shirt, sweater, and cap after visiting an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet to obtain your base weight. Then, compare that with your weight the next day wearing shorts, a T-shirt, and flip-flops and tell me you lost weight.

Every morning after I use the restroom, also naked (because I like the lowest number I can grt ... LOL!). I only record the lowest numbers so that it always looks like a downward trend. I ignore the in-between weigh-ins. I weigh every day because I want to see the scale only on the day the new low number shows up.
I know myself and I am motivated by frequent tiny losses. If I waited a week to weigh and then didn't see a loss, I would be discouraged and tempted to give up. Seeing a loss of .2 lb helps me want to do it (count calories and exercise) again tomorrow. And when my weight loss stalls, I look at my habits and see if they need tweaking.2
