What an awesome thread! I am AF for 1 year and 20 days. I was diagnosed with a tumor last year on October 1st, and swore to cut out alcohol and get my life and health back on track. I am vegetarian, slowly cutting out dairy.

Vegetarian here. Slowly cutting out dairy. Really cheese is all that's left to cut (Texan in me can't quit queso yet) I make my own soy yogurt and live for almond milk, Im not gluten free so I praise seitan and always hit my protein goals.

I love them. Hungry girl has a lot of great recipes for them, along with how to prepare them so they don't have that fishy smell.

I'm really in love with the Special K protein bars. Bars about 170 calories and 12g protein. They really save the day when I don't really get a break at work.
