by the way i would not eat watermelon while trying to lose weight, it has too much sugar and carbs. Stick to a small amount of berries. I know its not what you want to hear, I love watermelon in the summer too! I am not an expert at all, just from experience as sugar is my gremlin!

So happy with myself, had delicious chicken fajitas last night with iceberg lettuce as tortillas. Very satisfying. As predicted my partner brought out the peanut butter ice cream, I didn't have any. i just sat there feeling really smug! Feels good this morning for not cheating. Onwards and upwards

will be 46 this year, need to lose 30lbs, exercise is hard with the extra weight. Will get there and back to where I was at my fittest. My profile pic is old, was me when I was fit. I crossfit and want to improve my running endurance, it's so hard!

tonight I am eating fajitas with ice berg lettuce wraps plus plenty of guacamole! yummy and no ice cream!!

I have been listening to interviews on youtube by Mark Sisson and ordered his book "Keto Reset". He makes a lot of sense and is good at explaining the science behind keto. I have come to the conclusion I cannot have a cheat meal or a cheat day as I just go bananas!
