The cross fit didn't go so well. I am/was 30 lbs over weight @ 230. I loved the physical activities however it wore down my body and things hurt so I had to take 2-3 days off and come back (counter productive). It did make me eat heatlh and loved the workouts. ACV works for me. I do a cap fill into a large glass of water when working out. For me to help stopped the cravings of snacks after dinner and clearned up my plaque serious. I have tried severl brands (Trader Joe's, Costco) however Bradd's works the best for me.

Just take it one day at a time. Two years ago I Lost 30 lbs, got side tracked and went back up. I logged into this app again on 5/21 and down 10 lbs.
