Hey there, I'm 46 and would love some ideas. Lost probably 40 lbs and gained some back and now having trouble losing any of it. So any support and motivation would be awesome!!

Me, I am in a weight loss challenge at my gym, but have been wanting to lose 30 - 40 lbs anyway. This just gave me the added push! I try to watch what I eat and workout, but the scale never seems to go down, so any help I would appreciate!
