Calories are calories to me, however it's my understanding that while you metabolize alcohol you don't metabolize sugar or fat very well....so eating and drinking same time is worse

Im a believer in the Apple Watch. I think fit bit over tracks false steps and the Apple Heath App as synced really well with everything I have usedcluding 3rd party stuff, but thats just me. You will get a lot of different opinions

In comparison to Monsanto pennies on the dollar....yet again I'm not here saying GMO's are bad I eat them everyday. Time will tell I hope they aren't, but to think lobbying and "independent" studies funded by big food doesn't exist is naive. Money makes the world go round

Everyone is so different....if you keep your calories to low you will look at a huge rebound eventually when you hit your goals and up your calories......I would expect it for about 2 months. I once lost 50 lbs in 2 months but then it really dropped off after that...my only advice is to focus on that lifestyle change…
