I've just been hearing about this raw food diet and it seemed so simple to lose weight. I'm trying to lose 90 pounds.

I thought I was the only one! I'm currently a size 1-2 XL and I saw this dress at the store that was adorable!! Sadly it was a medium. That is my goal size, so I bought it. I had already started my weight loss journey, so I thought I'd use it as inspiration.

INSANITY is already kicking my butt, but I think I can do weight training before I do INSANITY that day. How often do I weight train? I don't have a gym membership, so I can only do at home workouts.

Okay, so I'm 228 pounds, does that fat burn first? And then as the fat decreases then the muscle starts to burn off? I'm really trying to focus on losing the weight and then focus on weight training and building my muscles.

Blue eyeshadow makes brown eyes POP! I'm like a makeup addict. A nice blue eyeshadow, matte or shimmer, will do. Put various shades of brown in the crease starting from lightest to dark, eyeliner and a pair of flared or wispy lashes and you're good to go!

It was really hard at first but I kind of gotten used to is because I've recently started intermittent fasting so that cut out my eat time drastically.

It sounded better in my head lol but I guess what I'm trying to ask is if anyone has benefitted from just relying on portion control to lose weight. It's annoying to keep up with calories. I understand that this is what this site is about but I came for others' input and inspiration.

Thanks everyone for your comments! I have noticed, upon thinking about it, that I get slightly light-headed while doing Insanity in the fasted state. But I still finish the workout burning an average of 400 calories. I had a banana this morning before I did the workout and actually felt better. So I guess, for me, I should…

I've done Insanity in the fasted state the first week and a half in the morning. I was reading that fasted exercising helps kick start the fat burning, but other articles are saying that's a bad idea. I'm just so confused. Now I just eat a banana before I start and then a high protein yogurt after I finish.

It took me two weeks to lose 10 pounds. Then again, I have been doing Insanity. I went from 239 to 228 in two weeks. Still have another two weeks until my first month is through.
