Okay so my initial plan was to just lose all my weight first and then start weight training. But, I decided to just do it all in one go. My goal is just to lose weight and get toned. I'm not competing in anything, so I won't be going hardcore with the weight training. Do you think it's an optimal way to do it for that?

I think my thing is also I try to set a high bar for exercising.. I think I'm doing too much at once.

And I don't really even get a break some days because it is always really busy. So I'll just grab a couple fries or chicken and that's what I do..

I don't have a fridge nearby and the hot foods are like 5 feet from me. I don't want to have my salad all soggy and warm.

I work at a gas station so it's kind of hard to avoid it. We also get to eat the food we serve which isn't healthy at all. I basically live there so I think that's why I switch back to eating unhealthy. I can definitely see a difference when I'm not at work.

Sometimes I get a craving for something salty or sweet and that's how I end up going to the junk isle and eating the whole bag.

Yes, I want it, but even then I go back.. I don't understand it. This has been going on for like 3 months now. I could've been at least 20 pounds lighter or something.. ugh.

I thought about getting a protein bar there but the sugars are Soo high.. I guess if I don't eat anymore sugar then it should be fine. Thanks :)

I don't have a regular break at work. I just get 5-mintue breaks. I'm constantly on the move at work that I don't even take a break sometimes. I thought about meal prep before I started working, but after the first day I knew that wouldn't be possible

I don't have the space for a treadmill. I'm trying to be as cheap as possible without overdoing myself like I did with Insanity. Lol I will definitely try getting a jump rope from Walmart or somewhere. Thanks for the tip :)

My doc said I was overweight, I know I'm overweight so I feel better that it is normal to burn 3000 calories at work
