I practice hot yoga, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and hatha- I didn't mention yoga is the reason for my weight loss, I eat a heathly range of foods I just burn more calories than I consume. I'd rather spend the time now eating and exercising well instead of wasting many years of my life trying to burn it off...

9 times is only an additional 2 throughout the week. If you go on yoga retreats they practice yoga 3 times a day and some of these retreats last upto 2 weeks. Do whatever you love in my opinion. Do what makes you happy.

This is perfect! When I wear normal clothes people think I'm none but I'm my workout gear you can see what's beneath! I totally agree with you- this is exactly what I'm experiencing currently.

I just think we currently live in a world where image is very important... why can't it be like it was when we were kids and nobody cared? More people are becoming self obsessed with themselves, gyms are the ultimate confidence booster where image is really important, this is why I love yoga- shaping your body and learning…

The doctor didn't raise any concerns with my weight loss but she did say that maybe I need blood tests

I'm happy, but when people comment then it sort of makes you go overdrive in thought! Regards to healthy... I reckon so, I guess I could eat more vegetables :smiley:

I'm a manager in a children's nursery and I hate my job, I would love to be a yoga teacher as I'm in love with my practice and it's become my life. Only problem is I have no clue how to switch career and maintain a paying bills at the same time :(

I buy sweets for my boyfriend and hide them in the cupboard and see how long it takes him to find them
