I eat healthier now and getting exercise. I watch my sugar intake, stopped drinking sodas and don't eat as much carbs. I've increased my fruits (before 2pm) and veggies. I have a hard time getting the exercise in most days and unmotivated because my weight goes up and down. I've lost about 10lbs but it comes back. I need…

Reaveeie: that was my issue too!! Once I started eating a good breakfast and decent lunch it slowed down. My problem now is snacking after dinner, but I'm going to try brushing my teeth right after and see if that helps. Good luck and let us know if your plan works.
