Although the scale didnβt move much this week, I am proud I was consistent with my diet and exercise. Changes in the mirror are starting to happen but most of all I can feel the confidence returning that I am strong and can do anything I put my mind to. I am more than shocked how much I lost this week, I had to double check my weight to make sure it was the true result. I worked hard, stayed on track and it paid off.
