My challenge is keeping within my calories, I often under estimate what I eat so i'm hoping logging my food will help. I'm also limited to yoga and walking for exercise as I have problems with chronic pain and have quite low blood pressure so I need to eat often, all this makes it more difficult x

Hello!! Brilliant on your weight loss!! I have trouble exercising due to illness and am sedentary alot of the time. When I do exercise I do gentle beginners yoga (from a cheap book I bought), gentle walking with a good pair of support trainers with cushioned insoles in and swim in a warm pool. I'm happy for you too add meβ¦
