I find it very difficult to meet my daily protein goals. And I know it doesn’t help that I don’t care for dairy being lactose intolerant. And that eating that much meat in one day is just seem like too much on the days that I get kind of close.

I can't sleep due to over analyzing everything and I realized I haven't worked out in two weeks... I'm guess I'm having issues committing to working out. oh well tomorrow another day.

Hi all, hope everyone's having a great start to a beautiful weekend! :) So I'm new to this group and MFP so hopefully I get this right. :p My current weight is: 297 :( My Goal weight is: 170!:o My short term goal is: 230 And well I have no clue what's working and what's not working. Just playing it day by day.

I don't naturally skip my period I make it happen. Like I just don't stop taking my pill.

I totally understand where you coming from... I hate working out when it's my TOM and I'm " new" to committing to this new lifestyle of being active and eating right. So my solution to this was to just skip my period all together.

Question: is anyone just completely skipping their TOM??? Does this change this person whole theory on water weight and bloating?
