Right there with you. Lost a lot. Then gained even more back... It's hard to start over. Why did you gain it back?

Completely agree! Be sure to have enough if each macro, etc enough fruits and vegetables (not all sugars, fats, and carbs are the same). And take one day at the time, so don't cut too many calories :)

When people pushed me into eating junk food, I just use the "I have health issues, so I have to eat healthy". So they stop it, and it's not really a lie
