  • @ESinc1118 Forgot to mention above I do total carbs, not net carbs. There is a lot of controversy over that so I stick to under 20 total carbs.

  • @K2Sakura - When you are on a Keto diet you lose electrolytes very quickly. This is what I take to keep from feeling bad, daily. Tomatoes - the plan I follow allows them, I just don't eat a lot of them.
  • The only main thing I worry about on my Keto diet is keeping my carbs below 20 grams a day. :)
