I love those sparkling ice drinks!!!! The orange, raspberry, cherry lime, kiwi strawberry are my fav. Haven't drank soda in so long because of them. Taste great, 0 cals and has the bubblyness of soda

I've barely worked out these past 3 weeks (1-2 times) and I've steadily been losing 2lbs a week. It's not necessary :)

I've been drinking flavored vodkas with club soda....not tonic water because it has calories and club soda does not. I usually get raspberry, citrus or blueberry. Sometimes make it a double. Even a double has only 140 calories and no carbs! I've had no problem losing weight while still drinking
