I tend to go over my polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats every day. Are there any health risks involved?? Kinda worried!
Will 1,600 mg of sodium from one meal make me bloat immediately? Or does it have to be higher at the end of the day to see bloating? Either way, will drinking a ton of water all day flush this out by the end of the day? This might be a dumb question but it's one I need some clarification on.
