Poly/Monounsaturated fats

I tend to go over my polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats every day. Are there any health risks involved?? Kinda worried!

No worries. The goals for poly and monounsaturated fats should read n/a for not applicable because there is no maximum amount that you need to stay below. Eat as many as you want within your overall nutrition goals.2
