  • Day 1 went well...no refined sugar and nice long walk, pilâtes and yoga. Day 2 not so good! No exercise and ate half a twix, 2 chocolate biscuits and 5 sesame biscuits...usually I'd count myself as a failure right now and stuff my face...but this time I'm just going to move forwards...today is another day!

  • Hi, I'm Sarah. Today I am 147.6 lbs. I'm fairly happy with my weight but would be a bonus to lose 6lbs during this 6 week challenge. My main goal however is to not binge on sugary treats. I don't want to cut sugar completely from my diet as life is too short to never enjoy cake again! But I definitely need to cut waaaay…
