A quick breakfast for you called eggs and oats. Whip two eggs into a 1/4 cup of oats with splash of milk and scramble. 245 calories and you got protein,fiber, some fat, and carb and good to go in less than 15 minutes.

Pigeons have excellent vision and maybe you have one leg shorter than the other one.

Try making chickpea sandwhich filling. Look on google for a recipe. Runs about 200 to 250 calories per sandwich. Nice for a change and quick to make. Drop the chips and eat 10 baby carrots. More filling and less salt.
