I really like my Woss straps. Much cheaper than other brands out there and they do the same thing. I like the Al Kavadlo app, but I didn't see a lot of variety in the app itself. If you have good food logs, look into scheduling an appointment with a nutritionist. I haven't been the best with my food logs, but that is my goal. Every body is different and cookie cutter plans don't always work. Best of luck to you and your goals!

Keeping up with logging foods is hard for me, too. I feel like I eat less/smarter when I log foods because it keeps me aware of what I'm eating.

Good luck! Having a few people to help motivate is always great. That has been where I usually run into problems.
