I am not shy, but I do tend to be reserved around new people Unless I am getting paid, then I'm seriously outgoing Yes, my job pays me to pretend I can stand people in person

I read almost anything. Light reads include Terryville Brooks Magic Kingdom of Landover series or Lillian Jackson Braun The Cat Who Series. I'm rereading both right now so they pop to mind first.

http://m.md-health.com/Unexplained-Bruising-On-Legs.html has a bit more info. Maybe searching for tissue damage bruising may be a way to go?

Actually vodka and soda is good for low carb diets because it doesn't have any carbs..not because it doesn't have any calories. Rum, vodka, whiskey...as long as they are unflavored (and even some if the flavoured ones)...do not have carbs unlike beer. But they all still do have calories.

Same extra charge here in Ontario so I would assume it's across Canada too.

I haven't had Everclear in years. It's not available here and I haven't found it during any of my trips. I always loves a dragon's breath (Everclear and Creme de Menthe )

Veggies and dip (peanut butter or full fat dip), hard boiled eggs, nuts, nut butter sandwich, egg salad sandwich...things with protein that will keep you fueled until later. There's a list for hard gainers on here too for nutrient dense foods.

I'm with you there. I drink my coffee black, so any version of sweet or creamy coffee even in a dessert, turns me right off.

In Canada back bacon and ham do not taste the same. They don't even come from the same part of the pig Bacon nation does a BBLT sandwich with both back bacon and side bacon on it. I'm glad I only go to Toronto once in a while or I'd go broke eating there.

Based on my own personal calories I'd think the 1800 once exercise is added is probably close to correct. I'm 5'4" 122lbs. I work on my feet but more standing and leaning than walking or lifting. My maintenance before exercise is about 1650. I don't log any exercise other than steps or what Google fit puts in for me and…

Right now I'm hating rude customers, the cold, trees and stupid people.

The measures are the same in Canada. Though we do have sticks of butter or butter with paper that gives measurements for 1/4, 1/2 and a full cup. A stick is 1/4 of a brick of butter here. Our pints and gallons also follow the UK versions rather than the US versions. I live close to the border so I'm used to converting…

Headaches, more neck and shoulder pain (I have a rotator cuff injury plus bone spurs in my vertebrae and stress seems to flare both), jaw pain (from teeth clenching), weight loss, ulcer flare ups, inability to eat/keep down solid foods, emotions out of control...it varies depending on how extreme the stress is though.

Does it change because it double counted your steps and exercise? Do they change back after it recalculates?

Stepper? Stair climbing?

I've seen them in Michigan, Ohio and Illinois at that price. When we're camping I also stock up at that price.
