I try not to eat back my exercise earnings. However, I figure that can account for the Pam spray and such that I do not log.

This is a struggle for me as well. However, air popped popcorn has been my saving grace. I like to add a little spray butter and hot sauce. I also buy the 100 cal pack of almonds and sometimes I'll have that just before bed. If you crave something sweet, try a package of light hot chocolate.

Hey there. I have the Fitbit Alta. I love it. It tracks my steps which is mostly what I need as I have a daily goal. It syncs with MFP seamlessly, and it looks great.
