Everyone is different. I cook dinner every night from scratch for my wife and I. Cooking an additional bulk meal on Sunday and dividing it up is hard work (for me - maybe not for you). It's pretty common thing to meal prep for the week and not do it the night before every night.

I see salads at the store - but the lettuce always go bad by late in the week after days sitting in fridge and there is NEVER enough dressing - ha ha.

P.S. Want to be able to prep all these things Sunday and have five days worth in the fridge ready to grab and go. We don't want to be making something the night before each day - we come home and basically pass out each night.

This chart says a lot and helps prepare me for what is ahead. Maybe I should just weigh in every 1st of the month or 30th of the month or something. I just like seeing the results - it helps me stay on track and makes me want to keep going.

I weigh in the same exact clothes at the same exact time every other day. Only eating within calorie goal. No exercise really yet - occasionally walk the dogs around block. I eat the exact same thing every single day (meal plan breakfast, lunch, dinner for the week).

Well guess I spoke to soon. Somehow I'm all the way up to 305 today. Been eating under my calories every day. No idea what the hell happened but not happy about it. Hard to see the scale move that far in one day in wrong direction.

We use frozen fruit so it has to thaw in fridge overnight while the oats soak - can't do it in the morning.

We do not add the milk till the night before so there will never be any sitting in there getting soggy - the big batch will be in the freezer with just fruit and oats.
