Do step ups only using the lead leg, do not push from the ground leg. We did 20" ones at crossfit to strength each leg independently. Start with the weak leg, step up lean forward a little, you will feel your weight shifting forward, push up through your heel, stand up bringing your back let up onto the box.

Short walk at lunch. Mile walk in the evening before BootCamp at CrossFit. 15 stations twice through each station and then 5 ab exercises before dismissal.

Also make sure you are not cutting calories too far. You still want to eat in a healthy manner.

I use a macro diet. It would be extremely hard for me to ever go over on protein.

Our area is very rural also. The roads are not conducive to riding, walking or running. However we have a system of trails where railroads are not being used any longer. The paths are already there, so it did not cost the local government as much to utilize them. They are well used and appreciated.

Moderation, self accountability, common sense, portion control need to take a front seat here. I find it true. I have lost and gained weight my entire life. The last year and a half my fitness routine has grown significantly. I was always busy, multiple jobs including those with manual labor but I would go back up to or near starting weight. You cannot out exercise a bad diet either. I have changed my eating as well…

I went to chiropractor. They used a blade massage technique, regular massage, KT tape and gave me exercises to do with two pounds weights. Was able to resolve the impingement without shots or surgery. I did not stop exercising, I modified my activity.

this definitely works. I have fine hair, a lot but texture fine. I wear my hair up and take it down and have great waves. I also have used one of the auto curlers, it does work for me for very lose curls. I have poker straight hair so it does not give tight curls at all.
