I am not sure there really is an 'average'. You would have to compare yourself to someone with not only the same biological stats but also the same activity level and gene pool. That being said, I have no idea. I wore a 14 or 16 a year ago and wear an 8 or ten now; my legs are still bigger than most women. They are closer…

Not overly concerned about the scale. I go by how I feel, how I look and how I perform. I weigh myself maybe twice a month and use a tanita scale every couple of months.

I do them when coach tells me to. I am newer to lifting. My PR right now is 225.

50 years old back squat 1RM is 205. I am five two and 165lbs. Front squat have not done above 95 but never figured out a one rep max.

Honestly you may not be eating enough. You need to fuel your body. You should get hungry. Make sure you are not eating too little. Yes not measuring and weighing will make your food log off. You cannot be exact if you don't know exactly what you ate. I was eating 600 calories less than I needed to fuel my body. I started…

Eat to fuel your body, don't diet to deny your body. Your body needs fuel.

Hmm, yea that is about right. I have said the part about attraction before. When asked what my physical type is, I have no answer.
-
Yes. I am accused of being a constant flirt. And yes indeed sometimes I am flirting (playful not overtly sexual or Fatal Attraction scary), but most of the time I am just being nice.

It is really to early to see significant changes on the scale. Tons of things factor into what you see on the scale. Make sure you are eating enough to sustain your body and your activity. How do you look, how do you feel, how do you perform are other indicators of positive changes. Don't hang all your progress and success…

If you eat dairy: Low fat cottage cheese; greek yogurt; protein shakes with milk;protein enriched granola, oatmeal, etc.; eggs; 21 grain breads have 5 or six grams of protein and the same fibre. I was not losing weight and went to nutrition classes. I needed to increase my calories and my protein to reach my level of…

you are probably not eating enough. You slowed your metabolism down to next to nothing. Your body is in survival mode. You have to fuel your body

Now I want pumpkin something. I did have pumpkin spice birthday cake Muscle Butter in my oatmeal this morning. It is good, but not my favorite pumpkin thing. This time of the year my husband goes out of his way to get me pumpkin spice goodies and I buy as much candy corn for him as I can.

I have not had it, but a friend on here absolutely loves it.

I grew up poor. You meal planned when you made your grocery list. It didn't mean that on this day you must have chicken and on this day you must have soup. It just meant that you had the essential ingredients to provide meals until the next time you shopped. I still do that. Since I have a busy lifestyle I usually cook on…

Dang took you a couple years. I gained almost a hundred when my mom died, no idea how long it took. But has taken a while to take off! The point is now you are feeling meh and you attribute part or all of that to having gained weight. Which is great, now you know the cause of your meh'ness and start doing something about…

Wow, this was a much longer string than I thought it would be, yet I kept reading. Now I need to know if the scale can be trusted.

Precisely why I do not weigh myself daily.

Soda. We haven't kept pop in the house since 2010. Also I feel like now that I am working out more and staying busy I don't have as much time to snack. We have a half of a cake that needs tossed now. We never got around to eating it.

I do what I can realistically maintain for the rest of my life. I do not see myself ever cutting any one food group from my diet.
