  • I'm really just trying to get fit and loose weight. I am working out a lot (9 classes per week) and extra exercise and gym time. I am also eating only healthy foods, fruit, veggies and lean meats. I love the food/calorie counter on this site. Little by little I will get there. I feel much better already.
  • My goal of 62 pounds in 12 weeks is probably a little ambitious, I agree. I will hopefully at least be close! It may take a little longer but I will be healthy and in shape too so either way it will be a win, win and I will get there eventually. I have always been too ambitious - but I have always impressed even myself…
  • I like mine poached or hard boiled. I too am developing a problem with eggs. I crave them.
