  • 237.6 lbs If I eat more than a pound of meat, I gain weight. :P Also I if I eat too much fat then I’ll get really full to sick feeling.
  • It’s easier to eat without wanting to snack all day. Once I put food in my mouth I want more. I’m also doing carnivore and thinking of doing extending fasting.

  • Oh, don’t worry about the seizures. They’re partial seizures. I don’t have grand mal seizures, thankfully! I think I just wanted cheese last night. I woke up to 243 and not 243.6. I’ll get in the 230s soon!!!!

  • I always struggle with weight gain from hormonal like cortisol or period bs. Sometimes I’ll gain weight 2 weeks before my period and I have to wait until it’s over.

  • Thanks for all the welcoming! I’m currently 246.4 lbs and had a realization that I’m 46 lbs away from 200 lbs! 200 lbs is still obese but it’s better than 320 lbs! Or even 280 lbs! I can wear my old jeans when I get there!!! I also figured out that weight lifting was causing my hands to become numb and cramp up.

  • I think you’re right about exercising not helping with weight loss. I would use my stationary bike for 45 mins and in a week I didn’t lose weight but instead I gained. Ugh, I was so freaking angry and quit exercising and binged. But if I stick to 1200 calorie and no exercising then I lose weight. I’m doing keto and OMAD…
  • You can die from a heart attack from being underweight. Or from malnutrition. You're mostly hurting your heart along with other things. Please seek help and I hope you get better.
