Add healthy fats to your diet. ..olive oil, avocados, nuts, eggs....full fat yogurts. 1000 calories is way too low. Eat for your health, not just for weight loss

Maybe you should focus on how you feel rather than how you look. Is 10 lbs really the bridge to your happiness? I doubt it. Maybe you should now focus on health and happiness and maintaining the beautiful body you have. Maybe you need to focus on your blessings.

This is my second time too. I got diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2015 and put on a huge amount of weight during and after chemo. You're relying on motivation. Motivation won't sustain you. You need discipline to develop healthy habits. Plan your week and stick to it. Just do it. I factor in a day off which gives me something to look forward to. A few weeks of planning and doing will be omen your new normal. Then you won't need motivation
