55 Years Old.......5 Foot Tall........Originally at 125, trying to get to 115. Hovering at 119. I really have to restrict my food and increase exercise to drop those last few pounds.......it's to easy to stray.........but I will persevere!

Drinking Slimfast doesn't keep you feeling full for very long, so I don't think it's the best long term way to keep the weight off. Eventually, you want to eat real food or at least I do.
