  • Save enough calories for a post-dinner Skinny Pop popcorn snack. It's the best of the low-fat popcorns... tastes a tiny bit buttery and is not overly salted... and you get a generous serving. It's helping me stay on track! Just be sure to eat it before 8. Try not to eat anything after 8.
  • Hi, I’m in Sac and would love some support... especially with sticking to the Food Diary... and am happy to provide support as well.
  • Also looking for diet buddies. Going to the gym, but struggling with the food diary, especially at dinner time. Need help staying motivated. Thanks.
