I'm on Doxy now. It is kicking my tush. I am struggling to get anywhere near the calories I should be eating, and I'm failing miserably. It absolutely kills my appetite. I was a bit nauseous last night from lack of calories that I had 2 Hawaiian Rolls. Did the trick.

if ever a time to say "both" it's now. My weight loss focus was health, which was directly correlated with losing weight. That being said, BMI doesn't work for me. My legs are big (muscular) and I have wide shoulders which are big. When I wrestled and had very little body fat, my "BMI" was high according to the chart.

all health here. I have my annual physical next Friday and the only numbers I'm excited for are: blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and other blood levels. If the focus is health, the weight will follow suit (or so in my experience).

I'm a firm believer that it's important to read/listen to both points of view. I'm pretty sure that it's obvious that sugar isn't toxic and won't kill you if eaten in moderation. I'm excited to do the run 100% without walking. After the 1mile 15 mark there's a ridiculous hill. I refuse to take the easy way out. I figure when I can conquer the hill RUNNING, I'm on my way!!

I hit a milestone today!! Over 1 mile running without walking. I hit a rhythm where I heard my breathing with my steps and got into a zone. I'm kinda proud.

I figured it won't be much, I'm just trying to be consistent in logging. Whether it's food or any form of exercise. I find that if I don't go all in, I tend to get distracted.
