Definately right way to do it, if not 80 50 is good. Most people just aim for too much like loosing 50 in 2-3 months but that aint right. Your last 10 pounds will be hardest so stick in there and dont rush in OP

I'm Natty, I think that relates with if ur bod used to it. I've been running high volume programme all time, I ran push/pull/legs before this for year and made solid gains so all that depends on if ur bod used to that volume and yea lol that's what I was thinking.
