Running P.H.A.T during cutting?

Getting back in it after injury
I torn my ACL last year in August and just started back in February this year. I was suppose to play d1 college football at UofArizona this year but my ACL tear and that didn't go in well together lol I'm hoping to get back in it and play college football next year too.
