I ran it for 6-7 weeks and got way more results than I expected in strength and size lol My bench went up 35 + pounds, bent bb rows went up +35 pounds too and squats went up 60 pounds lol My lifts literally sky rocketed and I gained up 12 pounds on it. It was literally best programme I ran but I was fueling hard as hell too. My questions is should I run P.H.A.T during cutting too to maintain as much strength as I can? Any of you did it or have experience with it?

If you're looking to retain strength id get on a strength program. I ran phat for awhile and it actually proved to be too much volume for my bodies natural ability to recover. It's a program designed by an enhanced lifter for enhanced lifters so that makes sense. You do need volume to retain muscle mass. But at a reduced energy intake too much volume could prove to be detrimental.

I'm Natty, I think that relates with if ur bod used to it. I've been running high volume programme all time, I ran push/pull/legs before this for year and made solid gains so all that depends on if ur bod used to that volume and yea lol that's what I was thinking.
