  • I am so addicted to this app! I used to say I would never run unless something was chasing me. A little more than a year ago I found this app and now I can't wait to run! The story develops and gets so intense and is so well written I run all the time now. Have fun with it. Stay safe runner 5
  • I have the cutest little butt!! I didn't realize my butt was getting this cute round shape to it but caught a glimpse in the mirror the other day and proceeded to turn around and check myself out. Now i check out my butt almost every day. Wasn't expecting this but my NSV is my cute butt!! Lol
  • Handstand push ups. Go against a wall for balance and try them. I consider myself boss if I can do 3 but I know people who can do a ton and they are great for your muscles.

  • I really only log it for moving cleaning if I am trying to justify the pizza they provided or something. It has to be a few hours of very intense scrubbing for me to log it but I still like that it's there just for the amusement
  • I am so excited for this!! I've never done an official 5k race but I've run them on my own on trails around my house. I found a 5k race in a nearby town that is also a zombie run (half the entrants are dressed and makeuped as zombies) so I want to run it while listening to the Halloween race!

  • Haha yes! My niece has these pouches that are basically smoothies they have tons of fruit and greens in them. I've been tempted to steal her snacks on more than one occasion.

  • Wow!! These are such awesome transformations! I love to see how differently everyone carries their weight. These are all roughly the same height but 150 (for example) looks so different from person to person! Weight really is just a number!!

  • I always listen to epic music and movie soundtracks. I have a pandora station called "two steps from hell" and it plays a ton of game of thrones and lord of the rings so I always feel like I'm in a movie. Keeps me going but whatever makes you feel like the boss runner you are works!
