@MissMaggieMuffin Try the extra water when your sodium is up! I lost more than a pound in a day, that pound being water from eating too much salt and not drinking enough water. Yesterday i really upped my water and it showed today on my stomach, legs and scales :smiley:

I usually do gentle exercise while fasted like yoga or pilates, otherwise I get light headed. It's not an energy issue, it's a dizzy issue. However, people are different and prefer different approaches. If you go for an eight-hour hike then a breakfast might be necessary but 30 mins of cardio/ yoga etc. should be ok.

I confess that I vape too much and feel guilty about it. I also confess that yesterday I didn't finish logging in my diary because I ate 2 or 3 or 4 snacks maybe meals, much like someone else said. Loved this! I also write lists for everything, not only exercise and diet. For me diet is the tricky one though and not exercise or anything else. What I try to do now is to not snack all the time. More or less forming a new small habit.
