I'm not a vegan but maybe try these out: lentil soup, chickpea soup, bean soup, fruit salad, soy "mince" sauce with pasta (think pasta bolognese)... actually most "vegan" foods are low-cal except maybe nut butters and nuts overall.

Feel free to add me! I am currently 62 kg. I am trying to eat healthy but I'm not quite good at it although I log what I eat and I stay in the daily calories' limit for most times. I want to lose weight at the moment as 62 kg is a little much on my body-type (I'm 5'1'').

5'1'' here, bmr is 1350 calories and to lose weight I eat 1300-1500 calories. I walk a lot and work out and to maintain I need 1800-2000 calories a day. Pretty much with the activity I do I need the same calories as the average woman (I guess she's taller). I weigh 126 lbs

Well, if you stop eating at 7 pm and weigh yourself, let's say, next morning at 9-10 am you're going to weigh less than if you ate dinner at 11 but that's because you fasted for longer. I find it too "painful" to stop eating that early. One does what fits one better.

That is also very likely. In many stores they're using the same oils for frying more than a couple of times. In that case, no matter what you're eating on the regular, it could be that this is going to be harsh on your stomach.
