I know for guy Body Builders it 500 under your Baseline intake, if 2500 cals is my : mantance intake then on a Cut drop 500...If bulking push 500 more to 3000 cals. Catch Campbell Fitness on YouTube very helpful.. Iron+Ink=£ife .:bigsmile:
