  • I'm 5'0". 181 lbs. My son is getting married in Nov. I want to be at least 140 lbs. Total goal is 120 lbs. I'm 51. Can I join??? To Karenertl I got put on a medication for bindge eating a month ago. It has changed my life! I've dropped 8 lbs in February.
