Yeah, I've taken measurements of my body and my torso is slightly smaller, my arms and especially chest/back and legs are a bit bigger too. Nah, I'm on a roughly-fixed 1600kcal per day. I plan my meals on MFP and add my exercise into my diary at the end of the day so it doesn't throw off my macros.
