I can completely empathize with you. I have three kids too. It can get tough to focus on you. Remember that when they see you taking some time for yourself, they learn how to do that for themselves, when needed. They learn more by what you do than what you say!! Good luck on your journey!

Do you still feel hungry? If not, don't eat. Also, you may be gaining muscle, so don't let the scale dictate your victory.

log it before you eat it. Make your plate based on your calorie allowance for that meal. Eat smaller amount of everything that you do like!
