I am currently doing the 30 shred about 2 weeks so far, but first week was hard couldn't do it everyday. On my 4the day of continiously doing it. For me it's a good work out. i am feeling everything get toned and stronger. I also walk stairs at work and go walking as much as i can . The important thing is to get moving.…

5 lbs that is awesome. Some people think 5 lbs is nothing but if you put 5 lbs of butter on a table and look at it, you are like holy cow thats alot of weight. Keep up the good work.
