I've been watching a guy under the username "simnett nutrition" on YouTube. He is a calisthenics (with some added weights) athlete who sticks to a vegan/plant based diet. He does some "what I eat in a day" vlogs, recipes, workout plans, etc.

I had all you can eat sushi last night; I was surprised that I only gained about two lbs on the scale this morning!
