  • I went up 2 lbs on the scale last week, but was feeling good about how I was looking, so I decided to try on my size 8 jeans from last year (currently comfortably in a 10) and they all fit! With one of them not even causing a muffin top! :smiley:
  • I'm finally staying within my calorie range without feeling like binge eating things! I feel like I have control over what I eat, instead of food having control over me! That in itself feels great.
